Lake County District 4 Resident, Property Owner and Business Concerns

A. Our incomes have been reduced since the economic crisis began, and we cannot afford any increase in our property taxes.

B. We feel the county has, at times, pursued projects which we have not been well informed about, and have eventually lead nowhere. Then, we find out the taxpayers have born the cost of these projects, some of which have been tens of thousands of dollars or more. We'd like to be sure someone who represents our district has the ability to clearly understand any new proposals, has the common sense to discuss these with us, and seek our perspective before spending any more taxpayer money on things which end up not benefitting us.
